MEMORY FUNCTIONS

REPLACING THE BATTERY

1. Remove the two screws on the rear panel.

Using a flat edge, pry open the rear panel.

2. Slide out the old battery. Insert the new

battery with the + side up.

3. Replace the rear panel.

Addition (+) Example: 6 + 7 = 13

Press [6] [+] [7] [=] 13

Subtraction (–) Example: 10 – 4 = 6

Press [1] [0] [–] [4] [=] 6

Multiplication (x) Example: 7 x 5 = 35

Press [7] [x] [5] [=] 35

Division (∏) Example: 14 ∏ 7 = 2

Press [1] [4] [∏] [7] [=] 2

Square Root ( ∏ )

Calculate the square root of 64

Press [6] [4] [∏] 8

Percentages (%)

Calculate 6% of 200.

Press [2] [0] [0] [x] [6] [%] 12

Add 6% tax to a $20 purchase.

Press [2] [0] [+] [6] [%] 21.2

Calculate 20% discount from $150.

Press [1] [5] [0] [x] [2] [0] [%] 30

[MR] Recall the number in memory.
